| Ethical and other policies |
We conduct our services honestly and honourably and expect our patients to do the same. In providing our therapeutic services and advice we do our utmost to reflect current best practice, to take account of ethical considerations and the proper care of all personal information received in the course of providing care. Our patient contract will usually be in the form of a verbal treatment plan, including aims, activities, costs and timescales as clearly and accurately as possible. The quality of our service and the value of our support are the main reason we are still here 30 years after our founding.

| Fees |
Our fees are always competitive for what we provide, which is high quality, tailored, specialised service, at a rate that is as affordable by most people. We have set our fees at the minimum we could charge and still be viable rather than, seeking the maximum possible. As such we do not generally offer discounts, price reductions can sometimes be made possible by reducing the level of service delivered to accommodate available budgets and timescales.

| Payment |
Payment is expected by cash or cheque after each appointment. For some therapists payment for is requested in advance to secure your first appointment, this will be refunded if notice of cancellation is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that currently we do no take credit card payments. Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge which is normally the full fee.

| Intellectual property and moral rights |
We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all intellectual property that we create.

We maintain the quality of what we do through constant ongoing review and audit and hope that you will be pleased to provide feedback on your satisfaction with our service.

| Professional conduct |
We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgement and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients. We strive to be fair and objective in our advice and actions and we are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or personal disability.
