MARIANNE BUCK

Marianne Buck is co-director of the Chester Clinic. She qualified as a professional acupuncturist in 1998 and in 1999 was one of the first in the UK to obtain a University-accredited Master of Science degree in acupuncture. Her four-year training at the Northern College of Acupuncture included study of conventional medical sciences and built on her previous training in Holland as a specialist nurse for the mentally handicapped.
Marianne has also completed a one-year diploma training in the use of prepared (pill form) Chinese herbal medicines.
Marianne's special interests include pregnancy and childbirth disorders but she has successfully treated patients with numerous ailments from musculo-skeletal pain to more constitutional problems such as migraines, depression, infertility, asthma and many more.
Her MSc focussed on ear acupuncture and was entitiled "
